heading to New York City for the Weekend to hang out with a friend.
While in New York on Tuesday I spent the day In Cooperstown. It's a cool
place, but because I am not a big baseball fan it is maybe a little
wasted on me. It seems line a place that my Dad would really love. After
a great visit to the Hall of Fame we had dinner at a cool hotel / resort
that was a short walk away. It was called the Otsega Resort Hotel
(http://www.otesaga.com/Hotel/index.shtml). If we end up back in NY
someday I think we will visit that place again. Its an old school hotel
built in the early 1900's. It was on the base of lake Otsega with a
golf course. It remained me a lot of our favorite resort in North
Carolina (the Grove Park). As I was there I was thinking about how what
we consider "old" in the US, would be almost brand new in Japan!
