Sorry we haven’t posted in a while. Things have been rather hectic. We got back from Iowa on Easter Sunday. Overall we had a trip to Iowa (and Japan). Luckily the house was in one piece when we got back. Unfortunately one of our favorite trees out back by the pond sustained some damage during an ice storm. We lost some pretty big braches. On the plus side it means I get some quality time with the chainsaw tomorrow.
Sean had to get some immunizations today. The Dr said he is growing well and looks good. He had several shots in his leg today and I am not sure who it bothered more, Sean or Tracy. He handled it like a trooper.
The house goes on the market tomorrow. We are going to try and see if we can make a quick profit on it. We will see. Our realtor is confident she can sell – of course she is (sarcasm).
We are also meeting with a property management firm tomorrow. In case the house doesn’t sell we are going to rent it out. That will be fun being a landlord from 10,000 miles away (sarcasm).
We sent in Sean’s passport application. I cant wait to see it. Taking the picture was hilarious. I was wishing we had a little business suit to put on him, or a little briefcase. I think the move in July will be here before we know it.
