Cool by the Pool

Sean is enjoying Texas. We spent theday today hanging out at the hotel pool. The kid enjoyed the lawn chair and sunshine. We spent an hour swimming. He seems to enjoy the water. About the hat - we are not necessarily raising him to be a Yankees fan. We needed a hat to put on his head and it was the only one we had available.

Leaving for Lone Star

Tracy and Sean left for Texas last Thursday. I am heading down today to meet them. We will be there for about a week. This is Sean’s first time meeting the Texas side of the family. We have a family reunion to attend and I plan to get my fill of golf before we move to Japan. Tracy said that Sean went swimming for the first time and loved it. I cant wait to see that.

Plans for the move are coming along nicely. Last week was a flurry of ordering stuff for the apartment. Things in Japan are very expensive so we are buying as much here as we can. Right now are spare bedroom is full of boxes. The UPS man has been very busy at our house.
