with some friends for some much needed R&R. I spent the long three day
holiday weekend with the boys at home. It was my first experience as a
single parent. We survived just fine, but I hope there wont be too many
more.
SP and JM were great, but they keep you hopping. We didn't do anything
too exciting, mostly stayed in the house. We took Riley out for walks
around the island a couple times per day. Its quite a process to get
everyone ready and out the door. Its been a true test of my powers of
engineering efficiency. The best parts are early mornings when everyone
gets up and we hang out on the couch before breakfast. Night time right
before bed is also a lot of fun.
We have been blessed with a couple great kids and unfortunately I know
the days are going to pass by much too quickly.
Tracy gets home today and we are all looking forward to it.
